Step 1 

At the retailer’s check-out

Select the Klarna option and enter your debit or credit card information. No interest or fees. To check your eligibility, Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit reference agency. This will not affect your credit score.

Step 2 

When the order is shipped

After the retailer confirms that the order is on its way, we will charge your card for the first instalment. We’ll send you a notification once the payment has been processed.

Step 3 

Every 30 days

Once you make your first payment, we will automatically charge your card every 30 days for the remaining payments. We'll make sure you are informed ahead of time. There's no interest or fees.

Am I protected from unauthorised purchases using Klarna?

You can always contact our customer service team regarding an unauthorized purchase either through our 24/7 chat or by phone. Outside of our standard phone operating hours, a dedicated phone line for unrecognized orders can be reached by calling us on our regular numbers, which can be found here. Simply press one to be transferred to the specialist team. Please be advised that standard Klarna queries cannot be answered using this service.

How old do I need to be to use Klarna?

You need to be at least 18 in order to use Pay in 30 days, Financing or Instalments.

Does Klarna protect my personal information?

Your privacy and security is very important to us, and our solution is designed to prevent unauthorized use and protect your personal information. We use security measures including computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information and we limit access to sensitive information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.

To give us the best chance of accepting you for Instalments or Financing, you should:

  • Ensure your billing address is accurate and up to date (this should be where your utility bills, financial accounts, and vote is registered)
  • Use your full name
  • Getting items shipped to your billing address for your first order will increase your chances of acceptance
I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?

You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your goods. Contact the online store if you have not received notification about your delivery. Log in here or in the app to dispute your order by clicking on “Report a problem”. By doing so your statement will be paused until you’ve received your order. There's something wrong with my order. Do I need to pay my statement?

You do not need to pay for goods which are broken or faulty. Please contact the online store and follow their instructions regarding faulty or otherwise unacceptable goods.
