Please note that personalized or custom items—including custom bats, knocked-in bats, spiking services, teamwear, and personalized helmets—cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Cobra Cricket products include warranties depending on the item: UK-made Cobra bats have a 12-month warranty, while pads, gloves, bags, accessories, and spiking services have a 6-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects only (not normal wear, misuse, or damage from play). Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Cricket bats will endure wear and tear due to the natural properties of willow, which can only handle limited stress and strain.
The bat’s lifespan depends on the frequency of use, with more frequent use leading to quicker breakage.
Cobra Cricket bats come with a 12-month warranty, while non-Cobra bats have a 6-month warranty.
Common damages not covered by the warranty include toe damage, edge impacts, water/moisture damage, and damage from low-quality or colored balls.
Proper preparation, such as knocking-in the bat, is essential. Failure to prepare the bat voids the warranty.
Bats used without being properly knocked-in or prepared will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
If claiming warranty, customers must email images of the damage for assessment, but inward postage costs are not covered.
The cause of damage will be assessed based on the nature of damage, general condition, and maintenance.
If the bat is damaged by player-inflicted causes and no material flaw is found, repair work will be chargeable.
Proper bat care and maintenance are crucial for performance and durability; Cobra emphasizes this as the owner's responsibility.
